Abs Training

The abs consist of a single sheet connecting the top of your pelvic bone to the bottom of your ribcage, forming a visible six-pack. They are part of the body's core, stabilising the body during activities and transmitting force during sports. You can train your core for stability using a Swiss ball for shoulder presses and bicep curls; standing up and stabilising yourself on a Swiss ball forces the muscles to work harder than if supported by a solid object such as a bench.

What is a Calorie Deficit?

A calorie deficit is the key to weight loss as it forces the body to use fat stores for energy. It is created when you burn more calories than you consume through improved eating and exercise habits. For example, suppose you burn 2,500 calories per day but only eat 2,000. In that case, you have created a deficit of 500 calories daily, leading to weight loss. though the body can also burn muscle tissue for energy) to compensate for the shortfall, causing weight loss.

What is HIIT?

HIIT is a training idea in which low to moderate-intensity intervals are alternated with high-intensity intervals. HIIT is not limited to running; it can be applied to a variety of exercises such as squatting. The higher intensity allows you to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before. “HIIT has been shown to burn adipose tissue more effectively than low-intensity exercise – up to 50% more efficiently.” It has also been shown to speed up your metabolism, which helps you burn more calories throughout the day.
